Proudest achievement:  Led a team that converted a heat-only WtE facility to combined heat and power. Converted steam supply to adjacent paper mill to lower pressure, while increasing facility production by 10 percent and executing the entire project on time and on budget.

How he spends his time away from work: Puttering around the house and garden with my wife and visiting our children and grandchildren.
